Safe to Sing – A Nervous System Reset Through Voice, Sound & Tremoring
Tallebudgera Hall, Gold Coast
Have you ever felt your throat tighten when you try to express yourself?
Many people live with a nervous system that feels constantly braced — tight chest, shallow breath, emotional reactivity, difficulty relaxing.
Safe to Sing is a gentle, guided experience using breath, tremoring, sound and voice to help the body release stress and return to a state of safety and regulation.
Most people who come believe they “can’t sing.”
This isn’t about being a “good singer.” It’s about changing your relationship with your voice and giving yourself permission to enjoy and express it however it naturally shows up.
Many people have a natural desire to sing, but somewhere along the way something shuts it down — fear of being heard, tension in the body, or simply not feeling safe to express.

This workshop creates a supportive space where your body can relax, your breath can deepen, and your voice can begin to emerge with more freedom.
No singing experience is required.
During the workshop we will explore
