  • Fully embody a switch within that you can turn on (and off) to effortlessly release stress, tension, stress and anxiety at will

  • How to use your voice from the lens of self expression and freedom rather than perfection and performance

Safe to Sing — A Nervous System Reset Through Voice, Sound & Tremoring

Have you ever felt your throat tighten when you try to express yourself?

Many of us live with a nervous system that feels constantly braced — tight chest, shallow breath, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty fully relaxing.

Safe to Sing is a gentle, guided 3-hour experience using breath, tremoring, sound, and voice to help your body release stress and return to a state of safety and regulation.

Most people who come believe they “can’t sing.”

This workshop isn’t about being a “good singer.” It’s about changing your relationship with your voice — and giving yourself permission to express it freely, just as it is.

Many people have a natural desire to sing, but somewhere along the way it gets shut down — through fear, tension, or simply not feeling safe to be heard.

When the nervous system begins to settle, the voice often opens naturally.

This is a space where your body can soften, your breath can deepen, and your voice can begin to emerge with more ease and freedom.

No singing experience is required.

During the workshop, we’ll explore: Therapeutic tremoring to release stored tension and stress Breath and sound practices to regulate the nervous system Gentle voice activation to explore and free your natural voice Somatic practices to reconnect with the body Group sounding as a safe and supportive shared experience This workshop is for you if: You feel stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected You notice tightness in your throat or chest You want to calm your nervous system naturally You love singing but feel shy, blocked, or self-conscious You want a safe space to express yourself without judgement
